My RD is Oct 2001. Will i be finger printed again?

My last finger printing was done in MARCH 2002.

Does the FP expire with your RD dates?

Or is valid for a year from the last FP?

I had re-applied for AP and EAD. AP i received but EAD i have not.

You needn't worry about FP expiration.

Hi Roma:

I dont think you need to be finger-printed again and once I-485 is applied, your finger prints do not expire.

AP/EAD expire in one years time. My attorney suggests that one needs to re-apply for EAD 90 days prior to expiration.

I have a question for you though as your dates seem to be very similar to mine. When is your EAD expiring and why have you re-applied for a new one so early ?

It's my company policy to apply for EAD/AP 4 months in advance.
My EAD expires in the last week of November.( May be they are extra cautious !!)

I received my AP just within 2 weeks of applying for one. EAD iam still waiting for.

I am in california and VSC is the center.

Hope October approvals start soon. Strangely, i feel after seeing many postings on this forums and others that, the early filers in a month end up getting approved very late.

Roma - why do you say that ....

I am an early month filer. RD 10/02/01. Anyways, irrespective of how they process ...there is nothing I can do but wait patiently for my turn. :)
