My (primary applicant) EAD still shows pending

Hello All:

I have received EAD for my wife on Oct 17th.
It has been 2 weeks since I received an approval of EAD for my wife.

Is this normal? How shall I follow-up on this?

Gurus: Please help me on this issue.

No updates on LUD

There are no LUD on my EAD as well.
It shows only that "Case received and pending" since Sep 26.

Calling them provides me the same answer that your case is pending with us.

I am not sure why there is a difference of about more than a month for this case.
