My perm was denied, resubmitted, shall I withdraw the denied one?

My PERM was denied due to the Prevailing Wage date less than 90 days, fortunately my Ads were still valid, thus submitted again today. I wonder if I shall withdraw my denied case. My lawyer said "no".

I just want to make sure. Anyone here had a similar experience?

You can't withraw a case after it is denied, certified or under audit review. SO let it stay in the system and refile
