My Online check password is expiring, but having problem to change

Hi, Does anyone see the same problem when the online check password is expiring, but when you change the password, it keeps giving you the following message, and log you out??

Access To Selected Resource Not Authorized.
You have not Logged In or Your Session has Timed Out.

I had the same problem when I used my home computer. So I tried using my work computer and it worked. It might have something to do with the browser you are using or the settings on your browser. Also make sure you are following all the rules for the password. If all else fails you can call them and get it fixed. Hope this helps.
