Well to put myself to rest I called INS today and asked them that I got
a green card where my picture is not in color. I called twice and both
officers said following:
"Due to security reasons, we are distributing various formats.
Sometimes members of the same family may also get different formats"
It doesn't make sense to me though. Wouldn't you distribute only one
format to avoid confusion. Any thoughts
