My NIW I-140 has been approved! :D

Today I checked my application status online and there was a good surprise:

Post-Decision Activity
On December 21, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I applied through a Texas-based lawyer, and my application was filed in Oct 30.

Now it is time to prepare for the I-485 :)
 
Congrats on your approval.....if you don't mind could you please pass me the attorney details, and also the template of letter from editor..I actually need to get editor letter

Which editor? I didn't get any letter from any editor!
 
My lawyer predicted to hear from USCIS within 2-3 months. I think it takes longer in other centers (e.g. NSC, etc).
