My Name Check is still pending

I called to POJ yesterday to find out my name check is cleared or not. IO told me that still pending. My lawyer filled 485 on July 27th 2007, now it's more than 4 months. Can you plz suggest me now what should I do?

Till now no LUD on my 485.
FP done on 10/04/2007.

Your I-485 is not going to be adjudicated for a little while longer yet, even if your name check was cleared. So there is nothing for you to do now. If your I-140 is approved and your I-485 is past standard processing times (which it isn't yet), then you can post again and look for options. Right now, it's too early to worry about it.

Yeah....settle down buddy. My I-485 has a receipt date of June 25, 2005, and I'm still stuck in name check!!
