This may give an idea to someone out there on what to expect with the Dallas Lockbox Facility. Remember though, each case is unique.
If you're currently going through this process, I wish you the best of luck. Hang in there and don't go crazy if your case status does not update, it will, trust me I used to check up to 20-30 times - daily. And yes, I used to get depressed, frustrated, mad, etc etc when it didn't update. Just relax and take it easy.
