I got a good news today . my mother was granted Visitor visa to US .thanks to god he heard all my prayers . unfortunately i cant bring my sister aswell cause i was really worried that they would deny a visa to both of them. I did affidavit of support .which was enough to get her visa . she had to prove ties to homecountry .she was asked if i had visited her :) to be honest with you guys it is best news for me (i will forget about greencard approval for good if she will be here )

I'm happy for you. Did you send the affidavit as an asilee or just a normal support. If as an asilee what kind of documentation did you send? I hope you don't mind those questions, but i'm at the same situation with my mother, she already tryed once to get her visa but was denied because her lack of outside traveling, besides in my country is like a nightmare to get a USA visa.(Colombia).
Thanks. and please enjoy every second with your family; that helps you a lot. :)

i did affidavit as an asylee . my personnal letter explaining my status and requesting visa for my mother for certain petriod of time (u must notarise it) .you have to fill up application form for non immigrant visa online for your mother(notorise and sign it).include your tax return form 05.
i recommend you to consult with immigration lawyer before sending anything to your mom . it wont be expencive. she should have enough evidence to prove that she will be back .(especially family ties) if this time they will deny her visa for lack of traveling . she should try to get visa from other country

This a list of documents which your Mom should bring to embassy with her :
1)Your letter of invitation
2)Form I-134
3)your 2005 tax return
4)Filled up application for Nonimmigrant visa by you online
5)her passport
6)1 passport-size photo (5x5cm)

I do recommend you to consult with good immigration lawyer . I can give you my lawyers contacts .
Dont forget after sending (via UPS ,DHL)all items above to your Mom you must make an appointment for an interview for your mom.(she can do it by herself too)
as you know chances to get visa is always 50%/50%

good luck
