Because they did not get the Requested documents in 84 days ? I did not get any letter looks like they were looking for My mother Birth certificate which is not available . What do do if we don't have a birth Certificate ? Do i need to file I290 FORM to reopen the case ..please advice
My mother was Born in 1941 in India and migrate to Pakistan 1947 so we really don't have any record I'm not even sure if they have a record at that time
but can someone please advice me what can be done ?
