My middle name used in the lottery not shown on my birth certificate

l am dv2010 successful winner. l am awaiting my 2nd NL. my # AF0029xxx The lottery was played on my behalf by my cousin in US. The middle name used to play the lottery is not shown on my birth certificate or in my passport. it's however shown on my baptismal cert. l am in the process of getting all my documents before the interview. my question is do i have to get another birth certificate showing my middle name or i can go with my baptismal cert.If this is a problem then how do i handle it. please i need your inputs or advice.

What about your school certificates?
 
all my cerificates elementary, secondary, hnd and mba contains the middle name. it is also contained in my employment records and marriage certificate
