My Masters Degree is not mentioned in PERM

My employer is ready to file PERM for EB3. The attorney office which prepared PERM did not mention my master degree. Instead they only mentioned Bachelors and clarified they just mentioned the qualifying degree for this position. Will this be a problem at later stage?

ETA 9089 asks for highest level of education achieved and in your case it should have mentioned masters degree even though job requires bachelors degree. If the recruitment period ads has not expired have your attorney withdraw & file new ETA 9089
