finally my I-751 was approved after a long time .and I found out that it was approved when I called the national center for three times then I was transfered to officer who has informed me that it shows that my case was approved on augest 2004 and he informed me to write the vsc and ask them for an approval notice I did and I also went to local office to get an approval stamp in my passport even I have two other i-551 stamp in my passport but it says pending on them . I was able to get the stamp on 02/24 and I gave 3 pictures and I did also finger print and I was told that I'll get my card in the mail// all this and since I had first notice from the service center on oct. 2003 with a receipt no. untill now the message on LUD says can't find your receipt no I don't know why . I'm sorry but I had to vent, I'm planning to travel in two weeks any one had similar situation or have answer for me .
