I got married after the visa numbers became available.
My wife is on H4 and i still hold my H1 status.

I recd my FP notice recently. (EB3) see signature for details
When will I be able to file AOS for my Wife

YES, u can file anytime u want,

U must file immidiately, so u both finish this GC journy together :D .

State.gov /DOS publish visa bulletin every month to let ppl know what they will be accepting and what application already in queue will be considered to process for the month of Bulletin issued.


Your marriage time/date has to do nothing with it, unless u are filing in particular month and they already advised ppl that they are accepting the applicaitons.

If u r not from retrogression country u may file for ur spouse when DOS advise ppl that they may file the particular applicaiton before/after date to be considered as valid/acceptable/qualified applicaion.

If u are from retrogression wait untill ur PD become available.

yup! it does more than that :p Thank bro for your time! Yes I am from India, and apparently affected by Retrogression.

Since you are EB3 and EB3 is unavailable right now, your spouse can't file 485 now.

Once your PD clears the cut-off, your spouse can file 485.
I expect your PD to become eligible this October (so watch for the bulletin around Sep 12th or so).
Its not that far off -- start preparing documents for your spouse now.
 
Any chance you know a site that lists the documents needed to apply for spouse's Green Card?

Does she also need to get her medical done?

Sanan,

Your wife will need to complete her medical. Apart from a few forms almost all the forms for your wife will be similar to the ones you sent out for your GC. Please consult a lawyer for details.
