by emergency cases I mean whose kids are getting 21 yrs old and other than those, no cases are getting approved and the problem the is that the computers in the INS are not able to match or connect to the FBI system and no one knows how long would that take. But ones the connection is done all the cases which are been processed but are waiting for FBI decision would be approved and there would be hundreds of cases declared approved that time.

P.S. Why don't you computers guys show your skills in INS ;)

Age Out Cases are also getting approved.

On 30th DEC 2002, Friend of mine got approved, He lives in Charlotte, NC. This is not a made up story. His case was "Age out case". It took him total 5 years and 11 months to get approved.

P.S. Those who thinks this information is false, please don't reply to this message.

"Age out" cases always get priority. That's how things should work, because you don't want your kids who are reaching 21 y.o to get separated from the parents.
