My I-140 was approved on this June.
Right now, I'm waiting for setting up CP interview.
The problem:
My current visa expires next month. No further renewal is expected because this is my seventh year of L1 status. On the other hand, NVC hasn't yet sent me anything for setting up CP interview.
So... What should I do?
a) Do I have to leave US and wait for CP interview?
b) Is it possible to renew my seventh years old L1 visa?
c) Is it possible to switch to AOS at this timing?
