Had my interview a few weeks back here in Vermont (Yes, I actually live in Vermont!) The interview lasted no more then 5 minutes. Very friendly and professional officer reviewed my application. I told him of some minor traffic tickets that I forgot to add in my application, it didn't matter one bit.
My application process overall was very fast, I think Vermont (DO) must be the fastest place in the country. I first applied at the very beginning of May,, had my fingerprints done early June and had my interview mid september (a few weeks back). I got the oath letter immediately at the interview, and will be attending a ceremony this monday. Overall the whole process took, from start to finish, around 4 1/2 months.
Just my experience, which probably won't be much use to many people here....I can't imagine many of you living out in the middle of the Green Mountain state! Anyhow, best of luck to all of you!
