After talking to an IO over the first counter waited 20 mins to speak to another IO. It was just plain ridiculous to hear him say that my case has been transferred to TSC from VSC and thats all he knows.
Asked him why I didn't get a second FP yet? He said INS issues it and he can't do anything. Who the hell is he then?
Just walked away after one last question about Name check for which he said its cleared.
What an useless appointment and IO's who wear special uniform, sitting there to readout the Online updates back to me.
