I would like to ask a question to experts. My current H1 is expiring on Dec 2002. If I get EAD card before that then still Do I need to apply for new H1?

For a moment your post confused me. I guess yours is 2002 info. We were so much into June/July 2001 cases. I guess I have been visiting this forum for too long !!
