Hi, my parents would be applying for a visitors visa. I recently graduated from a university in the USA and have applied for OPT-EAD. I am currently waiting for the approval. In the interim, what would be the immigration status that would need to be entered on the DS-156 for my parents. (F1 or OPT-EAD)??

PAN Card Number

Is it necessary to mention the PAN card number of the applicant in the box for National Identification Number?? (box 14)
