My I485 is approved

My I485 is approved. The detail is below.
Can anyone tell me what are the next steps I need to go through to get the GC itself?

FP: 02/27/2005

If your approved letter states that you need to make an infopass appointment, you will have to schedule one online. "www.USCIS.gov"

If nothing is stated in the letter then wait for the card in the mail. Some locations are sending GC cards without the info pass appointment.

Congrats, XYZ_999. Are you sure its EB3? Your PD doesn't seem to be current. Is it common?

Don't get me wrong, obviously, my PD also not current. Hoping that same thing will happen to me.
