I filed my I485 in June 12th 2007(reached to USCIS receiving dept). They opened my case on July 2nd 2007 and accepted my spouse I485/AP/EAD application, but for me they have accepted only AP application, Rejected I485 application(Lin number printed on the back of the check) and didnt encash the check for EAD. I dont know the exact reason for my I485 rejection, will come to know in coming days.
My question is will I able to correct the mistake (if they say something is missing in the application) and send back immediately since they already issued the LIN# or i have to wait till october 2007 (assming that i will be eligible to file). Please advise. Thanks.
My PD : May 2003 EB2, India. Eligible to file I485 as per June 2007 Visa bulletin.
