My I140 is approved

Dear Forum members,

I'ld like to share this wonderful news with you all. My I140 was approved on Oct19 2004. I just got those two mails today at 2:49p.m CST. No word on I485 yet.

Hi Swarna,

No RFE. Actually I was worried about "ability to pay" RFE due to the negative income reported by my company. I was making more than the proferred wages from the PD of my labor.

Here's my case history
