My I130 and I485 sent back to MSC? what is going on?

What the hell is going on?!? It is not good enough to perscribe this nightmare.
I sent my aplication in July 2006 and after endless wait they transfered them to CSC in December 2006. Now I was expecting an approval but here it is they sent the case back to MSC.
... What the hell is going on?!?! ... is not enough.
