I-140 finally approved today - written notice!!!! One step closer to Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedom!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, anyway, I am here to join you kewl guys....

welcome to the final and most troublesome part of your GC process. Here you can enjoy great delays and guaranteed RFEs. You have to arm yourself with patience, patience and patience... Good luck...

Same here. My 140 got approved on 24th Jan.

Well anyway, who cares what RFEs they issue as long as the 140 is done.
 
Ok my 140 got approved last to last July .. and I'm still here. This makes me your senior, can I rag you?

I dont mind the ragging as long as I get to graduate :-) hope you graduate soon.. cuz we are waiting in the que!!

Thanks Button... I am armed and dangerous.. have been through 2 RFE's with the I-140 already... I dare the INS to hit me with more!!

It is nice to see someone with enthusiasm on this board! Looks like the RFE's have not pushed you down (and they shouldn't). So that is terrific.

Just a word of advice, don't go around challenging the INS to throw stuff at you, you have no clue as to how nasty they can get. This is positively the worst stage, the wait tends to wear on you thanks to the hurry up and wait attitude that INS has donned! Plus with the lack of approvals in the past couple months, there is a tendency to get depressed with the who situation. Regardless, it is good to have another regular contributer! See ya around!
