MY I-485 never been update in AVM

My ND for I-485 , 1-765 & I-131 is 4/2/01 , but AVM says that my case is not found is that normal . Any similar situation or experiecne is appreciated .

this happends to lot of people. my friends had same problem for h1 and I 140 and they update when the approve or if there is RFE etc.
My I 140 was approved 3 months back but it still doesn\'t reflect that.

That is very common.
