My I-140 approved

Its a shocking news for me. My I-140 has been approved just today i.e. january 28th 2003. EAD/AP are not yet approved. FP is not yet done.

Do u mean the MD is Dec 12th 2002 or April 12th 2002.

Can u clarify?

I think it is Dec 12th because there was no concurrent filing in April. 02.

He is using European date/month standard. That means, he mailed his I-140 concurrently in December, 2002.
I guess you mailed your I-140 alone in April, 2002 as did I. And still nothing...

Since it got approved within 1 month 24 days from the Receipt Date it is shock for me. I have one more close friend me whose information is like this
