My I 140 Approved under EB2 but USCIS says it is under EB3

Hi,

My I 140 was approved under EB2 category. Receipt notice and Approval notice are under EB2 only. But USCIS says my case was under EB3 category. I gone through Infopass and Congressmen, Finally got this information saying that my case was under EB3. What are my options? experts please advise me..

The receipt notice and approval notice say EB2, so what other paper did they give you that says EB3? Did they reject your I-485 with the reason that your EB3 priority date isn't current?
