My I-140 approved on 03/03/2005.

Sub. Labor - EB3 with Priority Date - 03/2001
Concurrent I140/I485 ND - 05/2004 @ VSC
EAD/AP - Approved on 07/2004
FP - ??/??/??

Note: PD on my approved I-140 is same as Labor.

I am still waiting for my finger prints.

You filed for 140 in Jan 2004 and no response yet. I was concerned about not getting approval for my June 2004 filing date yet there seems to be many people waiting for 140. Yet there is a person from my company who got approval within 2 weeks???

EAD/AP - Approved on 09/2004
I-140 approved on 11/10/2004
FP - ??/??/??

Note: PD on my approved I-140 is same as Labor which is 4/26/2001, my 485 is transfered to local office, 26 Federal Plaza in NY on Nov 10 2004.

I am still waiting for my finger prints.

Would appreciate if some one could shed some light on this issue, why they transfer some cases to local office and is there a way we can request to re-transfer back to VSC as the status says the cases filed on 1/2002 are being processed now at NY local office.
