My I-140 amended

Dears,
My I-140 amended last week. i got a amended copy from my lawyer. my dumb question is how can i know that my case is EB2 or EB3.

In I-140 amended copy in the Notice type it says : Approval notice
and in section: Skilled worker or professional, sec.203(b)(3)(A)(i) or (ii).

can any one clarify me pls...

company merged

My Previous company merged with the new company so they amended my I-140.

VSC service center.

bannu123, can u pls plost ur RD/ND/AD and EACXXXXX for the amended 140.
I have also filed an amended 140 due to company merger. It is yet to be approved. I am hoping that INS will approve my 485 when they adjudicate my amended 140. Just wishful thinking
