Got a email saying my I-130 was transfered from CSC to MSC (My lawyer sent it to chicago lock and they sent it to CSC and now almost 3 weeks later CSC is sending it to MSC ) What the heck? is this normal???

The I-130 application for you is normally forwarded to the corresponding Service Center and that is where it is adjudicated. I haven't heard of it being sent back to MSC. Maybe I am wrong on this one too. In any case, you normally don't have to worry too much about the I-130 as it is approved along with the AOS when you go for the interview. I would let anyone else who had a similar status message comment on it.

this is there message:
