I married a US Citizen last year in October. My husband was married once before and his ex wife was a foreigner too. They started the immigration process; she got her Work authorization and temporary Green card. After that they got divorced. Lawyer told us that her status was canceled but even thou he is still sponsoring her? We have an interview in NYC on Oct 2nd and I am very worried that it won't go though. I am afraid that what happened in his past is going to stop me from getting my Green Card. Does anyone have any similar experience? Which questions should I expect? Please give me an advice....
