My Husband filed Green card on April 2004- How long it will take to reach EAD now ?

Hello,

My Husband filed Green card on April 2004- How long it will take to get EAD ? I heard the stages of green card are different now ? Could someone explain the current process of getting Green Card.

I heard they are reviewing 2003 applications!!!. HOw long does it take to process 2004 applications ? :(

If your husband filed for green card based on eligibility as the spouse of a USC, he should have got his EAD by now. If it is an employment based green card, the procedure and timeline is different. This forum is for family based green cards, You may want to ask your question here....
