Hi,
I just have a quick question regarding the I-130 and G-325a. My husband (from Guatemala) came here illegally in 2008. We began dating in June 2009 and were married in February 2012. We are starting the application process. We will file an I-130 and an I-601a waiver. On the I-130 and G-325a it asks about my husbands work history. He has been working in the US since he came here using falsified documents. 1) Is it better to not list any employment information (although he has filed taxes during this time using his name) 2) If I list his employers, will they get in trouble for hiring him? One of the employers is a small-family run business and I don't want to create problems for them.
Thank you for you help!
