HI seniors,
I need your advice.I got my visa stamped 1 1/2 year back and could not travel to US, but Now my employer is asking me to work for one project. My H1B is valid till Aug end.
Do I need any fresh paperwork or need to go for stamping again. please let me know what papers I would require at the POE.

Thanks

You can come on existing visa. Make sure that you get a letter from employer, stating that ur employer has project and asking you to come to USA. Fax copy should be OK.

I believe the answer is "yes" if the H1-B was issued for the same employer and "definetely no" if not.
Bringing documents confirming that your employer is still waiting for you is a good idea as an INS officer may be interested why you have left the country for such long time...or did you never enter? In any case, take it with you, but I'd say don't rush to present them unless asked.
I believe the documents should comfirm that you're still needed in the US( something like "we needed them before, but them we decided that he was not required and now we need him again" may get you in trouble... I think, because the inidicate the the situation has changed and therefor new H1-B is required )
I'd say as long as it is the same employer, things should go smoothly. I suggest consulting a lawyer though.
