My H1-H1 and wife\'s H4-H1 exp in Mumbai

One word : Cool !
My case : H1-H1 used dropbox from visa-services.com at andheri,
was reqired to submit only I-797 approval notice in origianl and
recent origianl employment letter..thats all !!! with the passport
photo and draft, ( PS drafts frm SBI in california are accepted !)

Wife\'s case: H4-H1 ...inteview , asked to show I-797, I-129, cursory
look at degree certs, have a good day !

Passports received the next day by courier at home !
enjoying life in India now !!

SFO entry experiance on H1

Almost got caught in a random check when the officer at the airplane dis-embarkation gate, the officer asked if I was alone and asked me to step aside, at that time my wife caught up with me and he let me know..advantages of being married !
At the immigration desk, 1 question...what is your occupation ?
stamped the passport and let us go
at the customs..was asked if I had got cumin seeds, pickles, jeera,
mustard, curry powder..then the bags got scanned by the machine and then we were thru.
