2004 - dec - filed for labor w/ Corp_A eb3 non-rir
2007 - apr - labor approved w/ Corp_A
2007 - may - perm approved w/ Corp_A in 4 days
2007 - jun 11th - filed 140 PP
2007 - jun 12th - layoff - 6 yrs end on june 30th 2007. Corp_A wont cancel anything.
2007 - jun 20th - filed for 7th yr extension & transfer w/ Corp_B using Corp_A labor
2007 - jun 21st - 140 approved w/ Corp_A in 10 days.
