It was expired and I'm a citizen through naturalization but have no proof of citizenship. Should I file an I-90 form (to replace greencard) or an N-600 (to get proof of citizenship?) .. I don't have a photocopy of my greencard. But I have my Alien number written down. I don't know if I can file the I-90 because I have no government ID. Also, I don't know if I can file an N-600 without my greencard? Would it be required?

The only reason I'm even wanting a certificate of citizenship or greencard is so I can get an ID, I can't find a job or go to college or open a bank account with no ID , I have been trying to do this for a few years, i'm about to turn 19. I live alone and my parents won't help me.

Hmmm, Pretty tricky situation. I don't think your I-90 will be approved since you are a Citizen. You should N-600 but you need the naturalization info from your parents certificate to do that. hopefully they will atleast give you that. If you get interview for N-600 and they ask for your GC then let them know whats the scoop is with that. But untill you get your Citizenship Certificate you are stuck. If you live in one of those states that don't require to see Legal stay documents for License, ID, then with your previous passport and SS card they will make you a new License or ID. There are only four States that have not adopted the real ID act.

You should not be replacing green card, you should be obtaining certificate of citizenship.
Parents would not help you? That is bigger issue than fixing your ID ... since if you are not getting help now, a few years later it might be even trickier.
I do not know what the issue is ... lack of finances to pull out documents, or family beef ... or whatever else it might be. You need to fix this first (taking a personal perspective, not legal).
Taking a legal perspective on this situation (but not immigration perspective), you are a citizen but are suffering because your parents did not complete the paperwork to make you a citizen. Let them know formally (through a lawyer if needed) that this is hurting your career, studies and whatever else and you need their support. Get the documents and apply for N600.
A lost green card is the least of the problems. You can always file paperwork / police reports to that effect.
