As a personal victim of identity theft, I would strongly recommend that you request all three credit reporting bureaus to add a 'consumer statment' to your credit files asking creditors to verify credit applications with you. That way, if anyone tries to open accounts with your information, they will have great difficulty, and you will be notified. You have lost basically all the information an identity thief needs: SSN, DL# and more.
