She co-filed I140 and I-485 in year 2006 at NC. The I -485 RD is Aug 4th. I -140 was already approved in Feb 2007. The only update she got on the I-485 is a LUD after the FP code3 in Nov 2006. She is from China. Labor was filed in July 2001.
1: I saw some people filed their I-485 in year 2002 and only got it approved recently. Other people filed their case last year and already got approved. How long does it take for my GF to get her Green card?
2: How can I tell if her case was stuck in name check?
3: Can she change her job to other companies that are in the same industry? If yes, will her current company give her any trouble of her green card case?
