Few Questions.....PD/RD/ND/FP/RFE ?

Congratulations!!!
I suppose yours is a \'Transferred Case\' from VSC to Baltimore INS.
Could you give details of your dates....

PD=?
RD=?
ND=?
FP=?
RFE=?
Any reason for case transfer ?
Sundries?

Thanx

Will all I-485 cases be transferred to local offices?

First, congratulations! In your opinion, are all cases transferred from VSC to local offices?
I\'m still confused about the I-485 procedure. Is it like:
Send the file to VSC ->Get the EAC number (RD)->Get noticed to do fingerprint->Then approved?

to actnow....

To speed up the processing, VSC has transfered some cases (especially for those who are from Maryland, and Virginia) to local offices. Some of them got lucky with early interviews, while others got stuck in yet another hole.
Other than those special cases, the workflow you mentioned is correct.
Ofcourse, assuming perfect scenario. There are some twist\'s which you will learn by observing this "wonderful" board ......

Strange, are the laws of karma!

Thanks...My details are

PD = 02/30/1999
RD = 12/02/2000
ND = 12/12/2000
FP = 04/21/2001
TD = 05/18/2001

No RFE, the reason for tfr is BINS volunteered to do cases
for Maryland residents..
