Today is a really big day for me!!!
Telephone status and e-Status remains unchanged but as a shock I received a mail from INS stating my case is approved minutes before I dreamt of my case getting RFE when I was taking my saturday afternoon sleep.
I opened my mail and was surprised and had to call others to confirm if that is the REAL approval.
I called up my family back home and friends and the next closest are you guys to be informed..
"MY CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED"
The letter states:
PRIORITY DATE: APR 1 2000
ND JAN 10 2002
RD: JAN 28 2002
ND: JULY 23 2003 (This is AD as per form standards, In fact I was looking for AD in the letter)
I had a query on I-140 and the INS was sitting on it for a year.
My wife joined me during my I-485 process and I expect hers to be coming late unless INS wants to give me a surprise.
