FP 01/26/02 - RFE on 06/26/02 (about employment letter)- AVM updated with RFE reply on 07/23/02 - Approved on 08/27/02.
(His wife's papers seperated eventhough they have sent in a single packet- She is waiting for the FP Notice.)
 
Good to see old timers got approved. 1998-2002 is a long journy.
Looks like PD/FP makes hell of a difference.

what did they want? his previous work record? his current job etc
and what did he provide

The standard current employment letter.

He submitted the employment letter with I-485 papers but INS misplaced it. So INS asked him send it again. The letter says like this...Mr. X is so and so and he has been working since...... and his salary is ..... That's all.
