i just received this e-mail:

On January 12, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. can anybody tell me what they are requesting from me??
i included my medical and my G-326 with my origial application on 12/08/2004

What's your timeline buddy?__ They are asking for medical and Biographic(RFI).To speed up the process of your case,You will need to submit it again.

submit my medical again??? it has only been 1 year and 1 month since the last medical, do you think they will be a** holes and ask for it again???

If I am not mistaken, Medical and BIO with the exception FP (15 month) are valid for only one year. If I were you, I would write them a letter explaining that you have submitted in I-693 last year, I don’t think you need to redo it again. But check, with to make sure…..
