Folks,
I came across this wonderful forum a few weeks back. There is so much useful information regarding the TSC at this forum. This is almost like a support group for people stuck in a no man's land waiting on their I-485 approval. Mine is a long journey and here are some details....
Aug-1991 Came to US on F1 visa.
May -1994 Graduated (MS)
Jun-1994 Practical Training
Oct-1994 First H1
Oct 1997 Second H1
Oct 1997 Priority date
Mar 2000 I140 LC (EB3-lawyer screw up could have been EB2)
Sep/Oct 2001 RD/ND (SRC 01-255) (because of insuffucient payment, application was returned once)
Mar 2003 FP
Mar 25, 2004-RFE (for G325A and Employment letter)
Approval Date:---Eagerly awaiting
My lawyer hasn't sent me all the details yet (like officer number , etc.). The interesting part is my online case status was never updated. It still says received.
The only bright spot is I never had trouble with my employer and he always treated me good and payed well. I am crossing my fingers and hoping to finish this lengthy process within the next couple of months.
