My first letter still not received, though I used US address

1. On the 14th of July, 2010, I checked my entrant status online and found that I have won. I remember during the entry, I used my sister's US apt. address to which if I win, the letter will be sent. She has still not received the acceptance letter from KCC. Does is mean it's lost?

2. And does it mean applicants who have received their notifications by mail before 1st July, 2010 will have low case numbers? I am worried!!. Please help me.

no it's not important don't worry maybe the mail is lost, but you can directly send the forms to kcc without waiting the firse letter, just you have to contact kcc by email or phone to let them provide you with your case numer by giving them your confermation code, and when you get your case number you can send the forms directly and you will make it, no worries, but contact kcc asap

Call KCC on 606-526-7500, and they will be able to help you, they may agree to email the letter to you.
