I came here in the mid of Feb 2003, visa is getting expired on Oct 1st 2003. I have changed my employer and going to process my H1 premium in the next week. Would like to bring my family here ASAP. Could you please answer my questions below and its highly appreciable.
1) Is it mandatory to have visa get stamped on my passport of recent H1.
2) For H4 stamping in Chennai shall i send the any docs extra like my bank statement, If so shall i maintain any average balance? (Consulate General of Chennai not asked this but for more careful)
3) Shall i get my family's appointment in next month at Chennai consulate for personal appearence interview (Laws changed after July 14th for H4 i hope)
