Folks,
First week of July I sent a fax request, got a letter in the mail in 3 days saying our cases will take 30 to 60 days. As of last week, completed 60 days. Sent fax #2 along with their letter sent in response to my fax #1 in July. Promptly in 3 days got a letter in the mail. This time at the bottom of the letter hand written says that our cases are with an officer and that we should hear from VSC in 45 days. Our cases are very close to decision. But nothing so far. Intrestingly no LUD change yet, so I really can't trust the letter.
Til date I have sent 2 expedite faxes (luckily they were not turned down), contacted senator once in August(no response yet), sent Ombudsman email, initiated status inquiry and applied for AP3 in end of August.
Anyone has any experience with expedite fax and their responses? Please advise.
