My EAD approved,but wife EAD still not approved

Hi,

I have filed I-140/I-485/EAD/AP for myself and for my wife in Sep 2004.My EAD approved on 30-NOV-2004 and also I have received my card.My wife EAD still not approved, but LUD changed on 1st Dec 2004.

I was under imperssion that both members will get approval at the same time.If not,how long it will take to approve wife EAD.Did anybody experience this scenario.

Out AP approved for both of us on 3rd Dec 2004.

I have seen on this forum that your kind of situation happens quite a bit. But hopefully, she should get her EAD soon. If she really needs it to work and 90 days have passed since she applied for her EAD, she can get interm EAD at your local office.
