Hey Guys, I am new here, havent been into any government like forum before, anyway i dont know where to start off, but i'll try anyway, I came to USA on July 4th 2002, with a 5 year USA tourist visa, and during that time we doesnt know how to apply for asylum so during that time, we're getting some information and now approximately almost a year after, my family decided to do this asylum application, so things went on and on, during that time, we all applied for Working Permits, i-765 i believe, and its funny how they grant me and my dad only, my sister and my mom didnt get it. so after getting a working permit, we applied for social security, and again we get it without trouble, just to mention our SS card have this writings on it, "Valid for Work Only". so yeah my dad worked legally now, paid tax and all. get our tax refund without trouble. and when the time comes for a individual at court, got denied.. then went for appeal, get denied again, i dont think i have a good laywer back then. so now.. i have no idea what am i suppose to do with my education, my visa expires last year (2005), what i have on me is just my social security card and that's it, i regretted that i didnt apply for ID or driver license back then, and now eveyrthing is messed up and im currently waiting for the new immigration laws to be done, the "Gold Card" plan. now instead of getting into further trouble, i am thinking of getting a F-1 visa, i am currently a senior from a high school and about to go to the college, i've talked to the counselor in my school, it seems that they didnt know anything about any of this. so any help here guys?
